Holiday Cove RV Resort Rates
Rates are before 12% tax and subject to change at any time. Rates are before Processing Fee of 3.5%. Electricity is not included in monthly rates and is billed separately. A valid credit card must be kept on file at the office for monthly renters. Rates cover 2 adults and 3 children. We welcome Motor Homes, 5th wheels and travel trailers in “like-new” condition. Pets are welcome, up to 3 pets.

Reservation, Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policies
Daily and Weekly Reservation› ⌄
Full payment required for reservations. 3 night minimum.
1 Month Reservations› ⌄
Deposit of 25% of entire stay due upon reservation. Full balance due on arrival.
2 or More Month Reservations› ⌄
Deposit of 25% of entire stay due upon reservation. Full balance due upon arrival.
Reservation Cancellation› ⌄
Daily and weekly reservation cancellations; with more than 3 day notice prior to arrival date - full refund less 20%. Less than 3 days - no refund. Monthly reservation cancellations; cancellations require a 30 day advanced notice. A 25% cancellation fee of the deposit for cancelling the entire reservation. If cancellation is less than a 30 day notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Holiday reservation cancellation; with more than 14 day notice prior to arrival date - full refund less 20%. Less than 14 days - no refund.
Monthly Policy› ⌄
All monthly reservations do not include electric. Electric usage is metered and billed monthly. Receipts are emails. All monthly reservations require a valid credit card on file. January, February, and March reservation must be from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Balance due must be paid in full on the 2nd of the month for January, February, and March.

Policies for All Reservations
- › Rates are based on 2 adults and 3 children, one RV and at least 1 vehicle parked on your site. All vehicles must have a Guest Parking tag. Extra vehicles are parked in guest parking area. Additional fees may apply. Visitors of park guests must check into the office and obtain a white Visitor Parking tag.
- › No refunds for early departure on any reservation.
- › No Campfires except propane pits. No fireworks.
- › Those renting a Boat Slip must provide proof of liability insurance at check in.
- › Golf carts driven in resort must provide proof of liability insurance at check in. Drivers must be licensed.
- › Site numbers are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
- › Holiday Cove welcomes motor homes, travel trailers and fifth wheel trailers in like new condition. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any RV. We do not accommodate tents, truck campers, folding camping trailers (pop ups) or tiny houses.
- › There is a $50 returned check fee.
- › Upon arrival, all Resort Guests are required to sign the Liability Waiver below and agree to follow resort policies.
- › Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation. Vouchers for future stay may be issued. There are no vouchers or refunds for early departures that are made on a voluntary basis.

We offer a 10% for Military Members.
How is the WiFi at Holiday Cove?› ⌄
The WiFi in the lounge is excellent, the lounge is open from 9AM and closes at 9PM. The WiFi in the resort is limited and varies by usage and locations.
What do I do if the office is closed when I arrive late?› ⌄
Holiday Cove has a park hosts that will check you in and park you. We have strict check-in times. We do not park after Dusk. You will need to make other arrangements for the night. We are unable to park anyone that arrives after dusk. You may arrive the next morning after 10:00 am. Do not attempt to enter the park and self-park without an escort.
Will my RV fit on the site?› ⌄
All sites are back ins. Renters will only be located on those sites which will allow for the dimensions given at reservation.
Is there shade?› ⌄
Every site is different. Some have shades in the morning, others in the afternoon.
Do you take pets?› ⌄
Yes, Holiday Cove is pet friendly, with no size or weight restrictions. Aggressive dogs are not welcome.
How close is Holiday Cove to the beach?› ⌄
The distance is 3/4 mile. There is a walk/bike path from the resort to the beach.
Is there storage for extra boat and other trailers?› ⌄
Yes, it is limited to 1 trailer per site no longer than 24 Feet in length.
Is Electricity included in the rental rate?› ⌄
All Monthly reservations do not include electric. Electric usage is metered and billed monthly. All monthly reservations require a valid credit card on file. The resort will bill your electric automatically and receipts will be e-mailed upon request.
